Rival initially worked with the client on the improvement of the grounds and the build of a 2,000 sq. ft luxury 2-bedroom pool house, with a bespoke kitchen, underfloor heating, and fully tiled bathrooms. This provided the family with a peaceful haven to live whilst we set to work on the main residence.

Working with Tony Holt architects we then achieved planning for a 10,000 sq. ft detached residence on an impressive scale. No detail was overlooked as we designed and built the ultimate luxury family home. 5 ensuite bedrooms, two with private terraces, a vaulted 3 storey entrance hall with sweeping staircase, cinema, games and steam room, epic open plan kitchen/diner with kitchen by Tom Howley and floor to ceiling windows throughout – just some of the many incredible features.
